You can return the product you have received within seven (7) days from the date of delivery without opening / destroying / destroying the packaging, using the product. Return the product with the product invoice, a petition containing your order number or a return form.

Open and check the packages that you think are damaged during shipment in front of the company representative from whom you received them. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company. Do not forget that after the delivery of the product, you have accepted that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty. An equivalent product will be sent to you instead of the damaged product in the cargo.

Returns of products that have been opened, used, destroyed and so on are not accepted.
